Haleh is the author of Women on Top: Women, Wealth & Social Change and Gray Divorce, Silver Linings: A Woman's Guide to Divorce After 50. Through her writing, speaking, and advisory work, she explores the relationship between women, wealth, financial decision-making, and creating meaningful impact through personal values and priorities.

Kristin Reynolds is a Partner and Practice Group Director at NEPC with nearly 30 years of investment and financial services experience. She serves on NEPC's Management Group, helping lead strategic initiatives and advising not-for-profit clients on investment strategy.
Kristin holds an MBA and a BA from Simmons University and is a CFA charter holder and CAIA designee. She is also actively involved in community service and youth mentorship programs.
